Refund & Return Policy
At JAS Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns:
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).
Refunds:
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
